| 摘 要： | 目前的冷冻真空干燥设备均采用双级压缩机组构成,才达到低温要求,其制造成本较高、功效较低.现采用新的设计方法,以单级压缩机组代替双级压缩机组,不仅降低制造成本,同时也使功效得到较大幅度的提高.
