核心竞争力的内涵、构成及评价体系研究

摘    要:基于以往的理论研究,对核心竞争力的内涵进行了归纳整理,提出了核心竞争力的资源观、能力观、知识观、系统观和文化观.在此基础上探讨了核心竞争力的构成,认为核心竞争力分为核心产品、核心能力、核心资源三个层面,进而构建了核心竞争力的评价体系,为企业识别、评价和构筑核心竞争力提供科学依据.

Abstract:The definition of core competence is concluded according to former theories and studies and viewpoints about core competence are produced in view of resource,capacity,knowledge,system and culture.On this foundation,the composition of core competence are discussed and it is believed that core competence should be divided into three aspects: core product,core capacity and core resource.Then evaluation system of core competence is built up,which would provide scientific basis for enterprises to identify,evaluate and build up core competence.
