| 摘 要： | 在现代民主法治国家,舆论监督在政治生活中扮演着非常重要的角色。但我国舆论监督却日益被政府机关及其工作人员的＂名誉＂诉求所阻却,所以,我国学习借鉴美国司法机关面对＂名誉侵权＂的指控而对舆论监督所采取的保障机制和法治理念。舆论监督与政府机关、政府官员名誉权的本质关系是权利与权力的关系,政府机关不享有名誉权,并提出了舆论监督与政府官员名誉权冲突的解决的若干措施。
