焦化厂含氟工业废水的动态模拟试验

摘    要:针对上海某厂含氟工业废水提出了一种钙盐-铝盐混凝方法。通过污泥回波,利用所生成的新生态的氟化钙的结晶中心,吸附,沉淀,减低氟化钙的质量浓度。与传统的方法比较,这一方法具有工艺简单,设备投产少,药剂量少,处理周期大大缩短,处理效果好等优点。

Abstract:The wastewater of a certain plant is complicated,and it is difficult to be purified.A new method of fluorine removal of wastewater with calcium-aluminum coagulating was advanced in this paper.Concentration of CaF 2 is reduced by both sludge returning and adsorption of sediment in the crystallized core new-produced from CaF 2.Compared with the traditional process,this process has many merits,for example,the process is simple,the capital of equipment is low,the cycle of treatment is short and the efficiency is fine.
