| 摘 要： | 我国已经加入WTO，按照入世时的承诺，我国的金融市场正在逐步对外开放。在开放的过程中，我国的金融机构要抓住市场开放带来的机遇，在与外资金融机构的竞争中，按照现代金融的要求，不断提高和完善自己。

| Abstract: | Our country has entered WTO, and according to the promises made by our country to WTO, the Chinese financial market is opening to the outside world step by step. In the course of the opening, the financial institutions of China should grasp the opportunity brought about by the market opening, and in the competition with foreign-owned financial institutions, increase and perfect themselves continuously according to the requirements of the modern finance. |
