| 摘 要： | 文章首先就影响院系效率的关键因素进行了分析,给出了衡量院系效率的重要指标,然后利用超效率DEA模型对高校内院系效率进行了计算,从而得出了院、系两级的效率排名。模型中的输入要素为：人员、费用（含科研投入,不含人员工资）,输出要素为：教学学时数,出版物数,争取到的科研经费。

| Abstract: | Super-efficiency model of DEA was utilized to assess the relative efficiency of the academic departments of a regional university,thus obtain efficiency score order at college and department levels.In the model,the input factors are personnel and operating expenses（including research expenses,excluding salary）,the output factors are total credit-hours,publications and research investment of receipt. |
