| 摘 要： | 针对当前网络环境对图书馆读者服务工作的影响，提出图书馆应深入研究读者的需求，采取多种措施深化读者服务，具体包括提供网上优质服务、提供集成信息服务、提供个性化信息服务、开展网上导读服务和加强用户信息检索能力的培养等。

| Abstract: | In the light of the influence of the current network environment on library's service for readers, this paper points out that the library should make deep research on the requirements of the readers, and adopt various measures for deepening the service for readers, which include providing web quality service, integrated information service, individualized information service and web reading guidance service, and strengthening the training of users' information retrieval ability, etc. |
