| 摘 要： | 采用人工光照培养箱室内培养方法,研究了农药溴氰菊酯对一种淡水绿藻--蛋白核小球藻的毒性作用.研究结果表明:溴氰菊酯对蛋白核小球藻96 h的EC50为0.843 mg/L.当溴氰菊酯浓度≥0.8 mg/L时,蛋白核小球藻的生长受到明显抑制,生长滞期延长,光合作用受阻,MDA含量显著提高,细胞膜透性增加.低浓度溴氰菊酯对蛋白核小球藻的生长有一定的促进作用,高浓度的溴氰菊酯处理的小球藻呈现出先抑制其生长而后又促进其生长的趋势.

| Abstract: | The artificial-lighting cultural box in-door method was used in this experiment,the toxic effects of Delmethrin on Chlorella pyenoidosa,a kind of freshwater green algae,was researched.The results indicated that,the EC50 of C.pyrenoidosa which was effected by Delmethrin after 96 h was 0.843 mg/L.When the concentration of Delmethrin was more than 0.8mg/L,the growth of C.pyrenoidosa was obstructed obviously,the growth-resorting period was prolonged,photosynthesis was obstructed,the MDA content increased sharpl... |
