礼貌原则在课堂语言教学中的运用

摘    要:礼貌原则与语言教学分属不同的领域,一是社会语言学的范畴,一是应用语言学的内容,但是如果都运用于课堂教学,则是社会语言与应用语言学的有机统一。将两结合起来,寻找一促更为合理有效的语言教学方法,营造一个愉快、轻松的教学环境,可以达到提高教学质量的目的。

Department of Foreign Languages, Hubei Normal University, Huangshi 435002, Hubei, China)Abstract: Politeness principle and language teaching are seemingly of two different fields, one involving the way andpurpose of the speaker's expressing his/her real intention, while the other about teaching language art. However,if they are both used in classroom teaching, a unity of sociolinguistics and applied linguistics will be achieved.Attempts are made here to integrate these two objectives in order to seek a more reasonable and more efficientlanguage teaching method, creating a happy and easy teaching situation, for the purpose of improving teachingquality.
