国立科研机构后勤服务需求分析

随着后勤服务社会化改革进程的加快,高校教职工及学生对后勤服务水平的要求越来越高,高校后勤自身需要不断调整,使其服务管理水平越来越完善。近年来逐渐扩大的高校规模给教职工社区和高校食堂服务带来了新的问题。为了提高后勤服务的质量和水平,本文通过对问卷调查的结果分析,提出了中国科学院有针对性的后勤服务需求策略。
