建筑信息模型+地理信息系统技术在智慧校园中的应用研究

我国的高校信息化建设虽然已经走过了近30年，但是其中仍然存在着许多问题，比如数据信息丢失、管理二维化、静态化等。而由建筑信息模型化（BIM）技术和地理信息系统（GIS）的深度结合形成的智慧校园管理平台，将能在智慧校园的全寿命周期内，起到信息共享、三维动态管理的作用，极大的提高了智慧校园在规划、建造、管理、灾害预警、人流疏散、基础设施重建等问题上的智能程度。基于此，以西南石油大学（成都校区）为例，用文献分析法、问卷调查法等方法，重点分析了基于BIM+GIS技术的管理平台在校园智慧管理中的作用。

Based on this, taking the Southwest Petroleum University (Chengdu Campus) as an example, with the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, the role of the BIM+GIS technology management platform in the smart management of the campus was analyzed.
