乙醇钛水解制备超细铁掺杂二氧化钛及光电催化特性

摘    要:用自制的乙醇钛前驱体,运用溶胶—凝胶法制备铁掺杂二氧化钛超细晶簇,铁离子的掺杂明显增加TiO2超细晶簇的室温光谱吸收,TiO2带隙发生红移,拓宽了光响应范围,提高了光子利用率。TEM、XRD分析表明超细TiO2晶簇在乙醇中分散均匀,粒径为10nm~20nm。

Abstract:Iron doped ultrafine titania was prepared by sol-gel method.The optical absorbance of iron doped ultrafine titania in UV and visible region was determined at room temperature.The optical absorbance of iron doped ultrafine titania after doping irons increased considerably and a red shift of the band-gap took place.By TEM and XRD,it has been shown that ultrafine TiO2 particles are well-distributed and its diameter ranges from 10 to 20nm..
