美沙酮维持治疗者93例脱失原因分析

目的：了解美沙酮维持治疗者的脱失原因。方法：采用电话随访和家访对93例脱失者进行跟踪调查。结果：脱失率为51.1%（93/182）。因偷吸或发生刑事案件被拘捕的26例,占28%;自动退出,无法联系的23例,占24.7%;治疗期间因艾滋病感染死亡5例,占5.4%;自称脱毒成功的17例,占18.2%;其他综合因素共有22例,占23.6%。结论：影响美沙酮维持治疗依从性的因素是多方面的,应该针对不同的原因采取相应的干预措施。

Reasons Dropout from Methadone Maintenance Treatment of 93 Cases

Objective: To find out the reasons for heroin dependent patients' dropout from methadone maintenance treatment(MMT).Methods: A follow-up was conducted among 93 cases of drop-out from methadone maintenance treatment by telephone and family interview.Results: The dropout rate was 51.1%(93/182) and the reasons for dropout could be summarized as follows.26 cases were caught for using heroin again or arrested for conducting crimes,accounting for 28 %;23 cases dropped out voluntarily and lost contact,accounting for 24.7 %.5 cases died of AIDS related diseases,accounting for 5.4%.17 cases claimed to be heroin free,accounting for 18.2%.22 cases were of other comprehensive factors,accounting for 23.6%.Conclusion: Various factors influenced MMT and so different interventional measures should be adopted to solve the problems.
