基于Pro/E与ADAMS圆锥齿轮的建模及仿真

摘    要:为缩短圆锥齿轮的设计周期和减少设计成本,本文探讨了基于Pro/E与ADAMS的圆锥齿轮虚拟建模及运动仿真的方法。首先在Pro/E的零件图环境下对圆锥齿轮进行零件图建模,在Pro/E的装配图环境下对圆锥齿轮零件图进行装配,将装配图保存为抛物面(x-t)格式;其次在ADAMS环境下,将保存的装配图导入到ADAMS中,先对啮合圆锥齿轮添加旋转固定等约束以及旋转驱动副实现装配体的运动仿真,然后进入ADAMS/PostProcessor窗口中进行运动特性曲线测试,对圆锥直齿轮的速度、碰撞力等曲线分析。仿真结果的分析表明,仿真结果和理论值吻合。

Abstract:To shorten the design cycle and reduce costs,this article discusses the the methods on virtual modeling and simulation of the Bevel Gear which was based on Pro/E and ADAMS.The main methods are as follows:First,modeling of cone gear parts were planed on the parts drawing of the Pro/E,were assemblied on the assembly drawing of the Pro/E and were preservated as parabolic(x-t) format.Second,the assembly plans were imported in ADAMS,were added joints and rotational joint motion and were tested in movement curve ...
