| 摘 要： | 主要研究了双转子反击式破碎机转子在具体环境中失效的原因,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪等仪器,对断口取来的样本进行机械性能、金相检验及化学分析,找到失效的真正原因,并提出改进措施.

| Abstract: | Double major counterattack crusher rotor and rotor shaft in the specific environment of the reasons for failure.The use of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer and other equipment to check on the fracture mechanical properties of the samples,metallographic examination and chemical analysis,to find the real cause of failure and to propose measures for improvement. |
