关于Brachet反应的研究

Brachet反应是区分细胞内RNA与DNA存在的有效方法。但原法染色后易褪色,因而不能区分出RNA与DNA。我们改换了染色试剂,在染色后用冰冻蒸馏水代替丙酮分色,以叔丁醇代替二甲苯透明,既节省药品,省略步骤,又能防止标本材料脱色,观察效果较好。

WITH REGARD TO STUDY OF BRACHET REACTION

Brachet reaction is a method of effective to distinguish RNA and DNA existence of the cell. But using the primary method it is easily decoloured after staining. so it is not be able to distinguish RNA and DNA. We have changed the reagent of the stain. After staining we use freezing distilled water as substitute for Acotone differential staining and replace Tertiary Butyl Alcohol with Xylene trans-parence. It is not only can reduce drug and procedure but also prevent des-tain of the material of specimen. We have obtained the better effect of the observation.
