| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员的素质能力、层次结构、稳定状况如何，直接关系到大学生的健康成长，关系到学校的改革、发展和稳定。因此对辅导员队伍进行有效的管理及考核是我国许多高校目前所面临的一个亟待解决的课题。
