摘    要:为满足电力系统实时调度和提高系统抵御风险的能力,基于广义粗糙集理论,提出一种适应动态环境的电力系统调度策略.该方法充分考虑了机组工作、停运、检修及紧急调度等事件发生,研究了实时调度窗口内机组的再选择与再调度策略,建立了一种基于S-粗集和偏序粗集理论的电力系统调度粗模型.仿真计算显示了该方法不仅能适应动态环境,而且能缩小问题求解规模,特别是对动态规划中机组状态数“组合爆炸“问题特别有效,是一种实时调度新方法.

Abstract:To satisfy duly scheduling demands of power system and improve its anti-risk abilities,based on generalized rough set theory,a new real-time scheduling method for power system is proposed in this paper,which is considered more adaptable to dynamic indeterminate environment.Some unexpected events such as work,forced outrage,examining-repair and urgent scheduling of the generators are also fully considered,re-selection and re-scheduling of the generators inside real-time window are studied,and rough model of real-time scheduling of power system is established based on S-rough set and partial order rough set theory.The simulation trials indicate that the proposed method can not only adapt itself to dynamic indeterminate environment,but also effectively reduce the scale of the solution.It is particularly suitable to deal with the "assembling blast" problem of state number of the generators combination in dynamic programming. It is a novel real-time scheduling method.
