| 摘 要： | 金属伴侣蛋白是近年来发现的一类金属转运蛋白，通过准确地运送、交付金属离子给目标蛋白，协助激活金属酶。本文以铜、镍金属伴侣蛋白为例．介绍了金属伴侣蛋白结构、功能及其运送机理；并展望了金属伴侣蛋白将来的研究方向。

Here we discuss structure, function,mechanism of metallochaperones, such as copper, nickel metallochaperones; and propose further understanding of metallochaperones. |
