Wiegand磁线式编码器的设计及其应用

摘    要:分析了恶劣环境下采用脉冲编码器进行旋转计数及相关测量的要求,设计了一种基于Wiegand效应的磁线式数字脉冲编码器,该编码器可作为较高精度的位移、计数或转速传感器,输出稳定且环境适应性明显优于常规编码器,文末还介绍了其应用结果。

Abstract:Analyzes the desire of rotational counting and correlative measurment in rugged environment, a magnetic wire digital pulse encoder based on Wiegand effect are designed. The designed encoder is used as a sensor of displacement or counting or rotatory speed with better precision, steady_going output and applicability of environment. At last, some of its application are mentioned.
