| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于GSM／GPS的监控定位系统的设计与实现技术，内容包括该监控定位系统的的系统结构、监控定位软件系统功能设计以及相关的关键技术。该系统已经在汽运公司、公安部门、海事部门得到实际应用，效果良好。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a supervising and orientation system based on GSM/GPS is discribed.First the architecture of the system is proposed.Then,the structure and functions of the software components is provided.Finally,some key techniques interrelated are discussed.Applications in police,maritime safety department and bus transit show that the system is feasible and stable. |
