| 摘 要： | 完善职务犯罪侦查工作机制,对于保证职务犯罪侦查工作的顺利进行十分重要。当前,我国职务犯罪侦查的工作机制还存在着职务犯罪案件线索来源渠道不宽、信息不畅,职务犯罪案件线索管理及侦查管辖属地化、抗干扰能力不强等问题。因此,我们必须有针对性地完善职务犯罪侦查工作的措施与机制,以推进职务犯罪侦查工作的深入开展。

| Abstract: | It is very important for official crime investigation to improve the working mechanism. Currently, there are many problems in China＇s official crime investigation. Such as the poor sources of the clues to official crime cases, localization of management of the clues to official crimes and Investigation Jurisdiction. There must be specific measures to improve the mechanisms for official crime detective work so as to push it forward in depth. |
