摘    要:应用正交设计法考察了植物生长物质、蔗糖对长春花愈伤组织诱导、丛生芽诱导和生根培养的影响。最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D0.8mg/L NAA 1mg/L ZT 0.2mg/L。丛生芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA0.2mg L NAA 0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.2mg/L IBA 0.2mg/L 蔗糖30mg/L。

Abstract:Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don is an important pharmaceutical plant against cancer, including many kinds of alkaloids. This article studies on the callus inducing and emphatically discuss foundation of culture system of Catharanthus roseus. Effects of plant hormone and sucrose on the tufted-bud induction and the tufted-bud rooting culture of Catharanthus roseus were studied by orthogonal design L-9(3+4). The best media of callus inducing ,bud inducing and root inducing are MS+2,4-D 0.8 mg/L+NAA 1mg/L+ZT 0.2 mg/L, MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L, 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L respectively.
