非晶态Fe77Cr13Zr10合金的低温磁化强度

摘    要:测量了非晶态Fe77Cr13Zr10合金的磁化强度的温度关系,结果表明:这一关系受磁场大小的影响;低温下存在类自旋玻璃相.低温下自发磁化强度服从Bloch的T3/2定律,并计算了自旋波劲度系数D.

Abstract:The temperature dependence of magnetization of amorphous Fe 77 Cr 13 Zr 10 alloy have been measured in the temperation range 1.5 to 300K.The results indicate:it is affected by the values of magenetic-field and there is a spin-glass phase in low temperature.The temperature dependence of spontaneous magnetiation obeys the Bloch's T 3/2 law.The spin-wave stiffness constant D has been calculated.
