| 摘 要： | 论述了河北省人口、资源及环境的概况，分析了人口与土地资源、人口与水资源、人口与环境资源的关系，面对人口与自然资源之间的矛盾，如何协调发展，提出了一些措施和对策。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the summary of population,resources and environment in Hebei Province. Analysed the relation between population with soil,with water,and with forest. Facing with the contradictory between population with natural resource, Posed a series of measures and countermeasure in order to develop coordinately.This paper can be consulted for reference by the department concerned. |
