| Abstract: | The treatment of periodical boundary condition is emphatically discussedwhere the direct three- dimensional finite element method is used on variationalprinciple to solve the flow field inside a rotor of a turbomachine, with a com-puting program developed .The FB- 8 ventilator is calculated as an example, andthe results concerning velocity and pressure fields are satisfactory. |
