摘    要:运用微波消解-ICP-MS法建立了一种测定黄土中稀土元素的新方法.用HNO3-HCl-HF三酸混合对样品进行微波消解,并加入HCIO4赶酸使样品完全溶解,以铟(1aSln)和铹(mRe)作为在线内标元素同步测定,减少基体效应对稀土元素的干扰,确定了最适宜的测定条件.分析了国家黄土标准土壤物质中的稀土元素,测定结果符合国家标准值的范围,线性相关系数均在0.9994以上,RSD%〈5.2,检出限为0.010-0.080.该方法有精确、快捷、可靠等,适用于新建伊犁盆地黄土样品的测定.

Abstract:A new method to determinate rare earth elements in the loess by using microwave digestion (ICP-MS)is es- tablished. The sample is microwave digested directly with HNO3-HC1-HF, then adding HC104 to make sure the sample is completely dissolved. The matrix effect can be eliminated by selecting indium (HSIn) and rhodium (lSSRe) as online in- ternal standard elements to measure simultaneously. The results of the analysis of rare earth elements of standard soil in the loess of the country, with the linear correlation coefficient above 0.9994, RSD% 〈5.2, the detection limit of 0.010 to 0.080, are in line with national standards. With the satisfying results, the method can be used to determinate the loess samples of newly built Yili Basin based on its accurate, fast, and reliable characteristics.
