| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海南产大花紫薇叶挥发油，气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析其成分．结果共鉴定出14种化合物，占挥发油总含量的99．99％，其中主要成份是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（32．03％），（Z，Z）-9，12-十八碳二烯酸（25．29％），9-十八烯酸丙酯（12．38％）和4一苄基吡啶（7．90％）．本研究可为大花紫薇的进一步研究开发和利用提供基础研究数据． |

| Abstract: | To investigate the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves of L. speciosa（Linn.）Pers in Hain- an province, 14 compounds in the oil were separated and identified by GC- MS, which account for 99.99% of total vola- tile oils. The major constituents are dibutyl phthalate（32.03% ）, （Z, Z）-9,12-Octadecadienoic acid （25.29%）, n-Propyl 9-octadecenoate （12.38%） and 4-（phenylmethyl）- pyridine （7.90%）. This study provides a chemical basis for further study and development of L. speeiosa （Linn.）Pers.. |
