2010--2011年海口近海岸浮游植物群落结构

摘    要:为了了解海口近海岸水域生态环境的变化,于2010年9月和2011年8月对海口近海岸的5个生态监控区进行了调查.研究发现浮游植物7门64属98种,其中硅藻58种,甲藻14种,绿藻12种,蓝藻8种,黄藻、裸藻和金藻各2种.浮游植物优势种主要有小环藻(CycloteUacryptic)、旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceroscurvisetus)等.赤潮藻类32种,占总种类数的32.6%.浮游植物群落结构评价显示海口近海岸生态监控区污染程度加剧.浮游植物与环境因子的相关性分析显示,2010年浮游植物丰度分布受pH影响较大(相关性系数为r-0.678,P〈0.01),且与化学需氧量和无机氮呈显著性相关.2011年浮游植物种类数与温度呈显著性负相关(r==-0.660,P〈O.01),且受化学需氧量和溶解氧的影响较大.

Abstract:Investigation was carried out in September 2010 and August 2011 in five ecology monitoring zones of near shore area of Haikou in order to study its ecology variation. In 2010 and 2011, within near shore ecological monitoring zones, 98 species (genus) of phytoplankton were identified and the dominant species were Cyclotella cryptic and Chaeto- ceros curvisetus.32 (32.6%) species of red tide algae were found in this study. The results of phytoplanktonic community showed the aggravation of contamination in ecological monitoring zones. The correlation analysis of phytoplankon compo- sition and environmental factors showed that the phytoplanton density in 2010 was obviously affected by pH (r=-0.678, P〈0.01 ), and COD and DIN were the main facctors affecting the phytoplankton density. There was a significant positive correlation between phytoplankton community species and water temperature (r=--0.660,P〈0.01) in 2011. It also indi- cated that COD and DO were the main factors affecting the phytoplankton community species in 2011.
