| Abstract: | The effect of the bandwidth of transducer on the ultrasound spectra feature of soft tissues is discussed. The sidelobes are present in the spectra when the narrow-band transducer is used in the experiments. When the wide-band transducers is used, however, the low-frequency components of the spectra decreased significantly. The theoretical analysis is consistent with the results of the experiments. |
