心理干预对ICU护士心理状态的影响

目的探讨心理干预在减轻ICU护士心理状态中的作用。方法随机抽取广东省盐步医院及江西省九江学院附属医院东院ICU及普通内科护士各20名护士，前者为干预组，后者为对照组。对照组采用常规护理管理模式，干预组加用认知、情绪、行为的心理干预。然后检测两组的心理状态。结果ICU护士的SAS和SDS评分均高于普通内科护士。经干预后，两组失眠发生率以及与失眠相关的心理和生理反应相比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），前者明显优于后者，说明心理干预可明显改善ICU护士睡眠状况以及心理状况。结论心理干预作用显著，可改善ICU护士心理状态。

Application of mental intervention for nurses in intensive care units

Objective: To explore the effect of mental intervention on the mental health condition of nurses in intensive care units (ICU). Methods: 20 nurses individually from ICU and internal medicine department were into two groups: the treating group,and the control group. The latter adopted routine nurse style,while the former,among other things,adopted mental intervention including perceive,mood and behavior. The mental health condition of nurses in two groups was analyzed. Results: The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) of the ICU nurses were much higher than those in internal medicine department. Compared with control group,there was significant improvement in insomnia rate and mental health condition in treating group after intervention. Conclusion: Mental intervention may obviously improve the mental health condition of nurses in intensive care units (ICU).
