FeZrB合金的结构及磁性能研究

摘    要:采用单辊快淬法制备Fe81Zr9B10非晶合金,研究该合金在非晶淬态及退火后的结构和磁性能.结果表明,快淬速率为30m/s时,Fe81Zr9B10合金已完全形成非晶.非晶合金经530℃退火,α-Fe晶相从非晶基体中析出;经750℃退火,除α-Fe晶相继续析出外,还有ZrFe2、Fe3Zr化合物析出.随着退火温度(Tα)的升高,α-Fe晶粒尺寸(D)逐渐增大;Fe81Zr9B10合金的比饱和磁化强度(Ms)和矫顽力(Hc)均呈现先下降后上升的趋势.

Abstract:Fe81Zr9B10 amorphous alloy were prepared by single roller melt-spinning. Structure and magnetic property of Fe81Zr9B10 amorphous alloy as-quenched and after annealing were studied. Results show that when quenching speed reaches 30 m/s, Fe81Zr9B10 amorphous alloy is formed. Annealed at 530 ℃,α-Fe phase precipitates from amorphous matrix. Annealed at 750 ℃, ZrFe2, Fe3Zr phases precipitate except for α-Fe phase. With the increase of annealing temperature, grain size of α-Fe increases, both Ms and Hc decrease in the beginning, then increase later.
