| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国住房市场存在的有效需求不足的问题,分析其主要原因是住房价格过高,并对如何促进住房市场有效需求的形成,提出若干对策:确定合理的住房价格;促进住房金融业的发展;继续加强宏观调控力度;建立和完善社会保障制度;提高人们的生活水平等。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the issue of the deficient effective demand of housing market in China,this article analyses its primary reason is the housing price being much high,and brings for-ward some countermeasures vs,how to promote the formation of the effective demand of housing market in China:Formulating a reasonable housing price;Developing the housing fi-nance;Kepping on strengthening macroscopical control;Establishing and perfecting social se-curity;Improving standard of living for people. |
