传感器参数不一致的软件处理方法

摘    要:工业控制或自动检测常常要对通过传感器测得的各种有信号进行处理 ,而这些信号往往是非线性的。对同一类传感器来讲 ,如果其一致性较好 ,则处理起来并不难 ,且精度也可保证。然而对于一致性不好 ,甚至相差甚远的传感器 ,处理起来比较难 ,精度也难以保证。为解决上述问题 ,本文提出采用软件设活动点法对非线性曲线分段线性化 ,点的数量及点的间距任意设置。实践证明 ,此方法效果很好。

Abstract:In cybernetics or auto-inspection,we usually process all kinds of sign als measured by sensor.But these signals usually are non-linear.It is not diffic ult to process the signals from a better sensor,and it also secures the accurac y.It shows th at by examining the form and dividing the linear.But as for these sensors with a worse consistency,if we use the above methods,there must have some big errors.I n order to solve it,my article takes the measure to move the position of points by software and divide the non-linear hyperbola and then the distance among poin ts can be arranged at will.In practice,it is workable and enough to enhance the accuracy.
