摘    要:利用弹性力学理论和有限元方法,采用第1类热边界条件对转子三维稳态温度场进行了有限元分析,在此基础上计算了转子力,热变形。解析出三维转子在x,y,z各方向上的力,热及综合变形量。采用静态测试手段对计算结果进行了实验验证。计算结果表明,转子的热变形量要远大于转子力变测量,转子变形后成腰鼓形,解决了长期以来三维螺杆转子变形只能简化为二维计算的问题,较全面地反映了螺直转子变形的实际情况,提高了计算精度。

Abstract:The screw rotors' 3 D temperature distributions were proposed by using the elasticity mechanics theory & finite element method. Based on these results, the rotors' 3 D force and thermal deflections were presented instead of the traditional 2 D calculated results. The numerical results are well supported by experiment. According to analysis, it can be found that the rotor's thermal deflection is more obvious than force deflection and the deflection of the middle part is more obvious than that of the ends. The calculated results help to predict the real distortions of the running rotors and they can be further used for clearances' design between screw rotors.
