| Abstract: | Consideration and summary on how to arouse the enthusiasm of the students’ experimental ability, inspire the interest of going deep into research and cultivate the innovational spirit according to the characteristic of teaching of organic chemistry experiments. The relation of good teaching results of organic chemistry experimental teaching with innovation talent training was discussed as well. |
