浅谈文山市退耕还林后续产业发展与对策

通过对文山市基本情况、实施退耕还林工程情况以及农户后续生计调查情况的深入调查,对退耕还林后续产业发展现状及存在问题进行深入剖析,发现文山市后续产业存在资金投入困难、后续产业发展不完善、林产品加工基础薄弱、林业科技含量不高、缺乏对广大退耕农民的有效服务、后续产业发展滞后等问题,结合其自然条件和退耕还林的特点,提出文山市退耕还林后续产业的发展方向及相应的发展对策以确保退耕还林成果的巩固。

On Successive Development after Converting Cropland to Forestland in Wenshan and Counterstrategies

The paper analyzes successive industry development＇s current situation after converting cropland to forest in depth on the basis of investigating Wenshan City＇s overall situation, reforestation situation and farmers＇ successive hving condition. The result shows some problems, such as lack of investment capital, unbalanced successive industry, poor forestry process capacity and technology, lack of effective service to farmers for their retired farmland and whose successive industry develops slowly and puts forward the successive industry development direction and strategies to consolidate the reforestation achievement according to features of nature and returning farmland to forests.
