硅酸盐钻井液的室内研究

摘    要:为了提高大位移井钻井液携砂能力并增强钻井液的抑制性 ,对新开发的硅酸盐钻井液的流变性和抑制性进行室内研究 .抑制性研究采用滚动回收率法和高温高压膨胀法 .实验结果表明 :硅酸盐钻井液的抑制性好 ,切力较高 ,但滤失性能较难控制 ;硅酸盐加量在 1 .5 %~ 3 %较为合适 ,有机处理剂和粘土含量影响钻井液的流变性能 ,KCl加量过多会破坏钻井液性能 .开发的硅酸盐钻井液携砂性能好 ,具有较强的抑制性 ,可应用于大位移井非油层段钻进

Abstract:In order to increase the proppant carrying capacity and inhibitive property of the silicate drilling fluid developed by the authors for high angle deviated holes,the rheological property and inhibitive property of it was studied in laboratory. Rolling recovery and high temperature and high pressure swelling methods was used in the study of inhibitive property. The results of the study show that, the drilling fluid has good inhibitive property and high shear stress, but its filtration property is hard to control; the contents of organic additives and clay influence the properties of it, excess KCI will be harmful to its properties; the suitable content of silicate is 1.5%~3.0%, and if the content excesses 3.0%, unfavourable effects will be produced on the rheological and filtration properties of it. The silicate drilling fluid has great proppant carrying capacity, and it is suitable to the drilling of high angle deviated holes.
