摘    要:在G’sell理论和DSGZ模型基础上,提出了一个称为CF-DSGZ的模内镶件注塑(IMD)膜片粘弹性本构模型及其广义式,并以PMMA-IRK-304膜片材料为例,通过不同高温和拉伸速度下的单向拉伸实验和常温单向拉伸与压缩实验,计算确定CF-DSGZ模型系数,然后对比模型预测曲线与实验结果,验证了模型的准确性。

Abstract:Based on the the G’sell theory and DSGZ model, a viscoelastic constitutive model called CF-DSGZ is proposed in this paper. Taken PMMA-IRK-304 of in-mould decoration films as an example, high-temperature uniaxial tension tests at different temperatures and tensile speed, uniaxial tension tests and uniaxial compression tests at room temperature are carried out to deduce its coefficients of CF-DSGZ equation. Comparison of prediction curves and experimental datas are also drawn to validate the model.
