含氟聚芳酰胺的合成与性能

摘    要:以3,5-二氨基三氟甲苯(DBTF)作为第三单体,间苯二胺(MPD)和间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)为原料,通过低温溶液反应合成了一系列新型含氟聚芳酰胺(PMIA-F).研究反应条件对聚合反应的影响,得到聚合反应条件为初始聚合温度为-5,℃、IPC过量2‰、单体浓度为1,mol/L、反应时间为80,min;合成的系列含氟聚芳酰胺的比浓对数黏度为0.81~1.43,dL/g,并对其结构和力学性能进行表征.

Abstract:A series of fluorinated polyamides was prepared by using low temperature solution polycondensation,with DBTF as the third monomer,m-phenylenediamine(MPD)and m-phthaloyl chloride(IPC)in dimethylacetylamide(DMAc) as the raw materials.The factors which could affet the polymerization reactions were researched.The conditions of polymerization were as follows:the initial polycondensation temperature was-5,℃,IPC excess was 2‰,monomer concentration was 1,mol/L and the reaction time was 80,min.The viscosity of the obtained fluorinated polyamides was 0.81-1.43,dL/g.The structure and mechanical properties of the fluorinated polyamide were characterized by various means.
