成人高等教育学生自我监控能力培养研究

为了培养成人高等教育学生的自我监控能力,提高成人高等教育学生的学习成绩,本文以暨南大学成人高等教育学生为研究对象,通过访谈、问卷调查所取得的数据,分析了自我监控能力对成人教育学生学习成绩的影响,并提出了培养成人高等教育学生自我监控能力的对策：要发挥学生的主观能动性,让学生主动参与到自我监控能力的培养中来;要循序渐进,培养学生从他控到自控的自我监控能力;要理论联系实际,在具体的教学活动中培养学生的自我监控能力;要利用心理示范的方法,指导学生进行自我监控的训练。

On Cultivating Students' Self-control Ability in Adult Higher Education

In order to develop students＇ self-control ability and their academic records in adult continuing education, this paper, with the students from the College of Adult Higher Education of Jinan University as the research object, analyzes the influence of self-control on academic records and puts forward some methods for cultivating self-control ability through the data received from interviews and questionnaires. These methods include giving students full play to their initiative in taking part in it. transforming from being controlled by others to becoming self-control step by step, developing their self-control ability in specific teaching activities and instructing the students to train their self-control ability.
