中小学校长培训课程设计初探

摘    要:优质的校长培训课程是开展我国中小学校长培训工作的核心,如何设计高水平的校长培训课程是做好中小学校长培训工作的重要前提。校长培训课程的设计需要遵循多样化原则、发展性原则及实用性原则,需要以重视课程的"课堂之外"、课程的实践性和课程的人本化为设计理念。建构有效的中小学校长培训课程体系要求评估实际需求,合理设定课程目标;合理设置核心的课程内容;强化课程组织的灵活性和多样性,使课程组织适当有效;合理选择课程实施方式。

Abstract:Since excellent headmaster training course is the core of the headmasters' training in primary and secondary schools, the design the training courses of high level is a prerequisite of the headmaster training. The design should lay emphasis on what is "outside the 'class", the practical characteristic of class, and the designing philosophy of humanity on the principles of diversity, development and utility. In order to build an efficient training system for primary and secondary school headmasters, we should assess the actual needs, set up a reasonable course goal and the content of core courses, strengthen the flexibility and diversity of class organization so that the course arrangement could be done in an effective and reasonable way.
