中小学校长培训课程设计初探

On the Design of the Training Courses for Primary and Secondary School Headmasters

Since excellent headmaster training course is the core of the headmasters＇ training in primary and secondary schools, the design the training courses of high level is a prerequisite of the headmaster training. The design should lay emphasis on what is ＂outside the ＇class＂, the practical characteristic of class, and the designing philosophy of humanity on the principles of diversity, development and utility. In order to build an efficient training system for primary and secondary school headmasters, we should assess the actual needs, set up a reasonable course goal and the content of core courses, strengthen the flexibility and diversity of class organization so that the course arrangement could be done in an effective and reasonable way.
