摘    要:根据传热学和两相流原理,建立了超稠油双管泵下掺蒸汽井筒加热降粘举升过程中蒸汽与产液沿井筒传热与流动的热力学模型。计算了蒸汽与产液沿井筒的温度分布和压力分布,进行了抽油杆柱受力分析与抽油杆柱设计。运用该模型对辽河油田一口井的超稠油双管泵下掺蒸汽井筒加热降粘效果进行了分析计算,结果表明,只要加大掺汽量或提高蒸汽干度,该项工艺可用于超稠油开采。这一结果为避免抽油杆柱的断脱提供了分析依据。

Abstract:Based on the theories of heat transfer and two phase fluid flow, a model to evaluate heat loss, steam quality, temperature and pressure profiles along wellbore during extra heavy oil production by blending with steam downhole through parallel pipes are developed. The distribution of temperature and pressure of steam and fluid along wellbore is calculated. The force analysis and design of sucker rod string are made. Taking a well of Liaohe oilfield as an example, the effect of wellbore heating on fluid viscosity reduction are is analyzed. This technology is available for extra heavy oil recovery of deep well ,provided that the increase of seam quantity and impovement of steam quality.A basis for avoiding damage accident on sucker rod string can be provided by the result of the study.
