| 摘 要： | 香菇是栽培较广、需求量较大的一种食用菌,它的生产一向使用木材,耗费大量木材资源。生产速度慢,产量低。近年来发展木屑栽培以后,产量有了较大提高,但大量砍伐树木,必然影响生态平衡。为解决林、菇矛盾,减少林木用量,扩大原料来源,我们经二年多的努力已筛选出适于稻草、废棉露地栽培香菇的菌株,通过不同规模、多种形式、多点试验已获得成功,现将研究成果介绍如下:

| Abstract: | In order to save the continuously decreasing of woods, we have screened two new strains of the mushroom Lentinus edoes, L_5 and L_(04), which can be cultured with the shattered rice-straw and waste cotton and give a good yield and higher quality of fructification, similar to the wild one. |
