| 摘 要： | 龙葵为我国传统的中草药.这种植物具有治疗多种疾病的药理作用,尽管这种植物药理活性的作用机制目前尚未完全阐明.近年来在抗肿瘤作用机制方面,无论是单味药物还是复方制剂,以及其提取物等,已受到了学者的广泛重视,特别是龙葵醇提取物在对抑制肿瘤生长机制方面的研究.

| Abstract: | Solanum nigrum L. (SNL) has been traditionally used as a herbal plant. This plant is believed to have anti-disease properties, although the mechanism for the activity remains to be elucidated, especially use for cancer treatment. Either single drug or compound and extracted from ripe fruits of SNL has attracted attentions. In particular ethanol extract from of SNL is investigated to prove SNL have the mechanism involved in its growth-inhibitory effect on cancer cells. |
