乳脂分离碟式离心机转鼓壁厚设计计算

摘    要:针对碟式分离机分离乳脂的问题,根据原乳的特性,在合适乳脂分离的离心机结构和操作参数的条件下,按照碟式离心机原理,分析了转鼓壁离心应力产生的原因.并利用第三强度理论,导出离心机转鼓壁厚计算公式,并根据原乳的物性计算出转鼓壁厚.

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of separating fat skimmed milk from milk using the dish centrifugal separator.Parameter of disc centrifugal according to the nature of milk is defined and the cause of drum centrifugal stress is analyzed. And based on the principle of disc centrifugal separator,the formula in use of the third strength theories is deduced,by which the drum thickness of the dish centrifugal separator based on the nature of milk is figured.
