| 摘 要： | 本文观测了河南地区１９８例胎儿肾上腺。肾上腺重（ｙ）与体重、胎龄分别有很好的直线、指数曲线回归关系，回归方程为和；１５周胎肾上腺皮、髓质分明，皮质分化出球状、束状和网状三带，以后的发育中皮质所占比例变小，皮质中网状带渐薄，束状带渐厚。

| Abstract: | The body and adrenal gland weights of 198 fetuses collectcd in Henan Province weremeasured and the adrenal gland tissue development was observed under light microscope.Statistical analysis shows that there was a significant positive linear regression between the body andadrenal gland weight with the coefficient of correlation,0.99 and the equation,Whereas the adrenal gland Weight was related with the age of fetus exponentially withthe equation.The weight of the fetal adrenal gland was apparently smaller than that of the kidney,and there was asignificant positive linear regression between them with the coefficient of correlation,0.99 and the equa-tion.In 15-week-old fetus,the adrenal gland showed two regions:a thinner inner medulla and a muchthicker cortex,including both fetal cortex and permanent cortex.The fetal cortex was roughly divided intothree layers:zona glomerulosa,zona fasiculata and zona reticularis.After 15 wccks,the proportion ofcortex to mcdulla decreased. |
