Dean-Stark装置的改进

摘    要:在分水器溢流管出口处加一玻璃或PTFE隔板,以防止滴落之液体短路造成效率下降。实验结果表明:在使用新方法后,制备醋酸正丁酯在出水4mL(理论4.5mL)时,时间减少1/3,对正丁醚制备及甲苯磺酸单水合物除水也有明显效果。

Abstract:Set a separation card glass or PTFE at the exitus of the Dean-Stark device's overflow pipe, so that it can prevent the liquid returned to the contain in short cut, and prevent the separator becom- ing ineffective. The new way can make the time of producing 4mL water ( theoretical value is 4. 5mL) in the n-butyl aeetate's preparation decreasing 1/3. And it also has positive effect to the preparation of the Butyl ether and the dehydration of the p-toluenesulfonic acid.
