PDCA管理法在普通化学实验教学中的应用

摘    要:介绍了应用PDCA管理普通化学实验的方法,在教学过程中设置Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)、Action(处理)4个阶段,不断调整循环,以促进教学质量的提高.实践表明,PDCA管理法的实施能够促进普通化学实验教学的规范化、制度化,有效地提高了教师的责任心,进而提升了实验教学水平.

Abstract:In this paper, to promote the teaching quality, we apply the PDCA management which sets four phase-plan, do, check, action in the process of general chemistry experiment teaching, and adjust the circle constantly. Practice shows that the implementation of PDCA management has promo- ted the standardization and institutionalization in general chemistry experiment teaching and increased the conscientiousness of teachers and the teaching level in experiments availably.
