| 摘 要： | 我们采用羟基自由基和超氧阴离子分别检测了核桃楸皮粗多糖的体外清除自由基的能力.结果显示,核桃楸皮提取物有较强的清除自由基的能力,IC50分别为1.14688mg/mL,1.26825mg/mL(IC50半数抑制剂的浓度).

| Abstract: | We studied on free radical scavenge ability of polysaccharides liquid of Juglans Mandshurica Maxim.The free radical scavenge ability of polysaccharides liquid is tested with hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.The results indicated that polysaccharides liquid of juglans mandshurica maxim can scavenge free radical efficiently,IC50=1.14688mg/mL,(O2-·)IC50=1.26825mg/mL. |
